Somatic Reiki Flo is my original method, developed over decades of Energy Healing Modalities, Medicine Buddha practice, mindfulness, IFS parts work, somatic breathwork, and Self‑Havening.
As your nervous system settles, the tightness eases, your breathing opens, and emotions can gently pass.
What to expect: Light, non‑manipulative touch • Reaching a deep sense of relaxation • Embodiment practice of the blissful experience.

2) Somatic Reiki Flo — Immersion (3 Hours • In Person)
A deep reset to untangle patterns and unburden beliefs.
Why extended time?
Three hours allow your whole system to exhale—tension eases, what’s been held can move, and your mind can reset. People commonly feel quieter, clearer, and more connected to their bodies.

4) Awakening Sensuality from Within — for Queer & Gay Men
Reclaim embodied sensuality and Self‑led trust—without shame or rush.
What it is: A queer‑affirming, consent‑led container to explore sensual embodiment as nervous‑system safety returns. We weave breath, mindful attention, parts‑awareness, and—when appropriate—self‑Havening and attuned touch education to cultivate presence, boundaries, and pleasure‑friendly safety in the body. 
You’ll practice:
  • Somatic pacing to notice and name sensation without overwhelm.
  • Boundary language & consent skills that feel natural.
  • Gentle de‑linking of shame from sensation.
