A grounded and supportive space for practitioners, facilitators, coaches, and bodyworkers to slow down, reflect, reconnect with themselves, and receive support around the emotional, relational, and energetic aspects of supporting others. Available remotely via Zoom.
Holding space for others can be deeply meaningful, but it can also become emotionally overwhelming, isolating, physically draining, or difficult to navigate alone.
Many practitioners spend so much time supporting others that they lose connection with their own bodies, emotional needs, boundaries, nervous systems, creativity, and sense of grounding. Supervision creates space to pause, reflect, reconnect, and receive support in a more conscious and embodied way.
What this space offers:
Sessions may support:
Emotional processing and integration.
Nervous-system regulation and grounding.
Practitioner burnout and overwhelm.
Boundaries and relational dynamics.
Self-awareness and embodiment.
Navigating emotional activation with clients.
Reconnecting with purpose, clarity, and presence.
Creating more sustainable ways of supporting others.
This is not about perfection or performance, but about creating space for honesty, awareness, reflection, support, and integration.
A relational and embodied approach:
Giancarlo approach to supervision integrates emotional awareness, embodiment practices, breathwork, nervous-system awareness, relational reflection, and integration-based support.
Rather than focusing only on techniques or performance, sessions create space to explore the emotional, energetic, relational, and human experience of supporting others.
The intention is to help practitioners feel more grounded, supported, connected, and emotionally resourced in both their work and personal lives. Session format: Available remotely via Zoom.
Giancarlo Corna brings years of experience supporting individuals through embodiment practices, emotional awareness work, nervous system-informed approaches, relational support, breathwork, and integration-based practices.
