What happens during the free discovery call?
The discovery call is a relaxed 30-minute video conversation where we explore what you are looking for, answer questions, and discuss whether Somatic Reiki Flō or Awakening Sensuality from Within feels aligned for you.

Do I need previous experience with somatic work, breathwork, or Reiki?
No previous experience is needed.
Sessions are guided at your pace and adapted to where you are emotionally, physically, and relationally in the moment.

Are sessions available remotely?
Yes. Awakening Sensuality from Within is available remotely via Zoom. Somatic Reiki Flō sessions are currently offered in person in West Hollywood.

What should I expect during my first session?
The first session usually begins with conversation, emotional check-ins, and grounding practices before moving into the session experience itself.
Every session is guided collaboratively and shaped around your comfort, needs, and boundaries.

Do I remain clothed during sessions?
Yes. For Somatic Reiki Flō sessions, clients remain fully clothed throughout.
Some Awakening Sensuality from Within sessions may include deeper explorations around body awareness, vulnerability, or nudity, depending on consent, comfort, and the space created together.

Is this therapy?
No. These sessions are not psychotherapy or medical treatment.
They are body-centered and relational experiences designed to support emotional awareness, embodiment, nervous-system regulation, intimacy, and connection.
